All orders over $20.00 are eligible for FREE standard shipping within the Continental USA.  Orders will ship within 2-3 business days excluding Sunday and holidays.

Return Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of the products we sell including any products purchased at an event. Our return policy is built around high quality standards and product safety which is in the best interest of our customers. When you place your order, we guarantee, you will be receiving the freshest and purest products. Our products are made one batch at a time, not mass- produced; therefore, we DO NOT accept returns. We cannot restock and we will not resell products. 

We want you to have a positive experience with Broken Coconut. Many of our mineral makeup products come in sample sizes so that you can have the opportunity to try the colors without hesitation.

Please take your time when ordering so that you are comfortable with your decision. Please be sure to double-check your mailing information to avoid delays.

When you checkout through our online shopping cart, we ask for information needed to process your order or to contact you with any questions we have regarding your order. If you choose to “create an account” our system will retain your shipping information through the use of “cookies”, so it will be available when you return to shop again. We do not save credit card information in our system.

Authorization of Payment

For security and protection, Broken Coconut will pre-authorize the order. Broken Coconut will confirm that the card is valid for the full amount of your order before being sent to the Processing Department.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a shipment notification tracking number by email, once the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, Broken Coconut gives you a 6 hour window to cancel your order. If, for any reason, you need to modify or cancel your order, you can simply email us within 6 hours from the time you placed your order.  If you do not contact us by email, within 6 hours, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the order processing begins, additional cancellation/modification fees will be applied. Refused orders are subject to a 25% fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, and feel it may be lost, please contact our customer service department. We will begin a trace with the shipping carrier. When the trace is complete, and the carrier confirms your package is “lost” we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

In some rare cases, you may receive a damaged package. Leave the package exactly as you have received it, because the carrier is required to conduct an inspection. Contact our customer service department and we will file a damage claim with the carrier. We will arrange for the carrier to collect the damaged package. We will gladly replace any damaged item or refund your original purchase price immediately after the claim has been resolved.
